WMHI is a non-profit organization based in the United States that is dedicated to expanding sustainable mental healthcare services in the underserved regions of the world by increasing the number of trained mental healthcare professionals.

WMHI works in in collaboration with the governments of underserved regions of the world and US government aid programs to set up mental health training seminars in underserved regions of the world.

WMHI hopes to increase the number of skilled mental health workers in underserved regions of the world in order to provide these regions with the tools to create a sustainable mental health network.

Where do my donations go?

Our organization strives to use all donations in a cost-effective manner to increase mental health awareness and to train skilled mental health workers in underserved regions of the world. Donations to our organization go towards funding training seminars in the inner city of Chicago, American Indian reservations in rural Montana and the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Donations cover costs including materials for our seminars, the seminar venue, and personnel to coordinate the event.
